Direct answer: Meet Dryleaf Dane at Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus, use the May the Best Win gesture, and defeat him in the duel to receive the Dryleaf Arts hand-to-hand weapon.
Get the gesture first
- After reaching Scadu Altus, find the Highroad Cross Site of Grace north of Castle Ensis.
- Read the message left by Dryleaf Dane near the grace to receive the May the Best Win gesture. Do this before travelling to Moorth Ruins.
Challenge Dane at Moorth Ruins
- Travel southeast to Moorth Ruins and activate the nearby grace.
- Locate Dane near the ruins’ central area. Stand at a safe distance and use May the Best Win.
- Enter the duel and defeat Dane. He drops Dryleaf Arts.
Common wrong turns
Do not arrive at Moorth Ruins without collecting the gesture from Highroad Cross. If Dane is not responding, check your gestures and use the exact May the Best Win gesture near him. This duel does not require defeating the Shadow Keep boss.
