Direct answer: Enter the Consecrated Snowfield with both Haligtree Secret Medallion halves, reach Ordina, Liturgical Town in the northeast, and light four statues inside its evergaol to unlock the portal.
Prerequisites
- Right medallion half: Albus in the Village of the Albinaurics, Liurnia.
- Left half: chest beyond Commander Niall in Castle Sol, Mountaintops.
- Use “Hoist secret medallion” at the Grand Lift of Rold to reach the Snowfield.
Open the Ordina portal
- Ride northeast across the Snowfield to Ordina. In heavy fog, follow the road and use the golden lights as route markers.
- At the sealed stairway, examine the statue and choose to enter the evergaol.
- Light four flame statues: one at ground level and three reached by climbing ladders along the town’s rooftops and walls.
- Watch for invisible Black Knife Assassins at street level and archers on rooftops. Use the ladders and rooftops to avoid crossing open streets repeatedly.
- After the fourth flame is lit, the seal opens. Leave the evergaol and take the portal at the top of the stairs.
After the portal
Activate the first Haligtree Site of Grace. The initial descent follows large branches and narrow platforms; falling is the main route hazard. The path eventually reaches Elphael and Malenia.
Common wrong turns
The portal stays shut until all four flames are lit. The puzzle resets if you die inside the evergaol. If the secret lift option is missing, you are using the regular Rold Medallion or one medallion half is missing.
